Stop the innocent Border killing of Bangladeshi's by the (BSF) ... Stop the Tipaimukh Dam project!
This institutionalized impunity with which the killings of civilians by military and police forces in Jammu and Kashmir continues should be a source of shame for India which propagates to be a democracy! Kashmir does not want militarized governance - STOP killing children, raping women and imprisoning the men! They just want freedom! Freedom from the evil of the Indian Military!
Ghandi said - Freedom is never dear at any price. It is the breath of life. What would a man not pay for living?
Everyday 100s of innocent people are abused, raped and even killed in Kashmir by the Indian army, a third of the deaths are children, - we don't want war, take back your men, your guns and go back to where you came from, all we ask is for freedom, you can kill us but you cant kill us all, we shall not give up, giving up is not an option.
who are the real soldiers? the children holding stones or the Army men holding guns?
BSF A trocities of Indian Border Security Force ( BSF) on the Bangladesh border continues unabated despite their repeated assurance of maintaining restrain and obeying international norms.The number of Bangladeshis killed by BSF during the nine years period from January 1 , 2000 to May 10 , 2010 stands at 831. BSF also injured 860 and abducted 903 Bangladeshis in the same period. The killings of unarmed Bangladeshis by the BSF on the border are continuing in clear violation of the spirit of good neighborliness as well as international law and despite repeated pledges by the Indian authorities to stop it.
The Tipaimukh Dam project was entirely developed and approved without once informing the government of Bangladesh or involving its people in any meaningful exercise to assess the downstream impacts of the Dam. This is clearly a gross violation of co-riparian rights of Bangladesh. India is certainly violating international laws and conventions. We just want them to obey these laws and conventions.
